FOUNTAIN VALLEY JUNIOR ALL AMERICAN

Check out our BARONS in action!

About us:

Fountain Valley Jr. All American is a non-profit, youth football and cheerleading organization, serving Fountain Valley and the surrounding cities.

Our Program is for kids ages 5-14, including freshmen in high school.  There are no tryouts and everyone participates!

FVJAAF was established in 1972 and is one of twenty-six chapters in the Orange County Jr. All American Football Organization.

None of the coaches, trainers, or board members are paid and the league relies entirely on the fees received from the players and cheerleaders, fundraisers, and donations from any local businesses.

Fountain Valley Junior All American Football Mission Statement

Our primary goal is to provide an affordable, character-building program for the youth of our area. The success of our program will not be measured by a win-loss record or a competition placement, but by the sportsmanship, teamwork, responsibility and the fun we will experience through working together as a single unit.

Our program will always be aimed at creating a single team out of our various divisions to form a group that will work together as one family. Our Board of Directors and coaches believe that the best way to teach is through example, showing dedication and a strong work ethic.  In doing this we will always provide an uplifting learning environment that will maintain the highest standards in athletics and academic achievement and will be a positive experience for all of our participants and parents.

By working together to achieve a singular goal, we will instill the values of respect, commitment, teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, and excellence.  During this pursuit we must always have good intentions and believe that others are acting with only the best intentions, as well.  We must set high expectations for ourselves and for each other to achieve our best and exceed what we thought was our best.  We must communicate to ensure that we understand others' intentions and expectations and that they understand ours.

Fountain Valley Junior All-American Football and Cheerleading is committed to bringing excellence to every level of our organization. Our officers, coaches and parents are equally important to our organization. Together, we establish innovative thinking and organizational skills that continuously improve our processes, regulations and help create an environment of open communication, trust and teamwork. We will constantly strive to improve our program and to make the program available to as many youths as possible.
