TEAMWORK / LEADERSHIP / PERFORMANCE
We offer cheerleading for kids between 4 and 14, including
freshmen in high school. Our 4, 5, and 6 years olds are placed as mascots on a team/division with family or friends. Starting at 7 years old, the cheerleaders are placed by league age (age as of July 31). FVJAAF instructs in all aspects of cheerleading, except stunting. Contact
Rose Gallegos at cheer@fvjaaf.com for more information on FVJAAF Cheer.

2003 BEST IN OCJAAF

FVJAAF finds success at JAMZ National Cheer Competition in Las Vegas for the fifth year in a row! After a long season, many practices, and much hard work and dedication from our coaches and trainers, cheerleaders, and parents, our girls have returned to Fountain Valley as champions!
The Jaguars sent five teams to Nationals with seven competition routines and returned with five trophies! Our Jr. Clinic team gave amazing performances in both the dance and cheer categories and were awarded a 1st and 2nd place trophy respectively. For their first place in dance, our youngest Jaguars came home with the coveted JAMZ National Championship jackets! Jr. Pee Wee was also ambitious, competing in two categories, and bringing home 2nd in cheer and 5th in dance for their exciting performances. Our oldest Jaguars demonstrated their spirit and pride in FVJAAF, bringing home a 4th place trophy for their outstanding performance in the cheer category. Our Clinic team competed in cheer and our Pee Wee team competed in dance. These Jags performed better than ever, wowing a crowd of approximately 3,000 people!
The Jaguars' true success was determined not by the trophies that came back to Fountain Valley, but by the leadership and sportsmanship that our cheerleaders demonstrated. In addition, the camaraderie and encouragement that all of our teams expressed to one another is where the Jaguar pride truly lies. Congratulations to the Jaguar Family on an amazing season. |
